Parade of Homes is a showcase of home designs in new construction by some of the Associations builders. Providing annual Spring and Fall tours of homes has been a tradition since 1956! The association was founded in order to bring this event to Boise over 50 years ago. Member involvement includes judging, awards, publicity, realtors and banquet committees. The Parade of Homes allows the general public to walk through showcase houses and gather ideas for their own new or existing home. Tickets are $15 each, no discounts for children or seniors.
If you purchase your ticket on-line, you will be instructed how to obtain the map/addresses. Bring the e-ticket to any Parade home and you will receive a magazine and ticket lanyard. Maps and addresses will be available on-line, beginning February 18th to anyone who has purchased a ticket on-line.

Upon entering the homes, you will be welcomed by a greeter who will offer you the basics of the house and ask you to wear your "booties" as you tour the house. I don’t know what happened to the planned pitched roof, but I like the built house better, anyway. You can download our app on either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Tickets can be purchased hereor at the Security State Bank & Trust at Marble Falls and Fredericksburg or at any parade home during the Parade. If you purchase a product or register for an account through one of the links on our site, we may receive compensation.
Visitors will need to purchase a new ticket for any lost ticket. Ask the builders, the realtors or the product reps in each of the homes. The Parade of Homes is filled with amazing home design ideas.

You can purchase ticketsthrough this website, at Security State Bank & Trust locations in Marble Falls or Fredericksurg, or at your 1st starter Parade house. We do not release the map or addresses earlier because the contractors are working hard to finish the homes. A magazine with the map included will be available at the homes . The 2018 Parade is in the new "Summit Meadows" section of the Crown Point community, located on Providence Drive, off State Route 173, in the hamlet of Jamesville. This event has a long-standing tradition of displaying a variety of spectacular homes and introducing exciting new trends to attendees.
About the 2022 Fall Parade of Homes!
More information is included when you purchase an on-line ticket. Ticket entitles visitor admittance to each of the homes once during the 2 weekend event. The ticket has an additional benefit allowing two repeat admittances to two of your favorite Parade homes. Visitors must purchase a new ticket if re-entry exceeds more than two homes.
The 2022 Hill Country Parade of Homes is for everyone looking for inspiration on the latest building trends. The annual event features new homes full of the extraordinary. The Parade is a showcase of original and innovative designs by our show builders. And of course the countertops, moldings, doors, windows, decking, insulation, etc. - indeed all of the products and services, even the homes themselves, can be duplicated for you. Information on just about every detail on the homes is available to make your own house a showcase home. When you purchase your ticket you will receive the magazine which contains the map/home addresses.
